  This On-Line Occupational Health and Safety Course have been designed to help employers and other persons to be in compliance with the Industrial and Construction Act and Regulations, as set out by the Ministry of Labour. This course outlines the duties of all the people in the workplace. The course covers the, Duties of Employers, Duties of Supervisors, Duties of Constructors, Duties of Owners, Duties of Owners and Constructors Concerning, Designated Substances, Duties of Suppliers, Duties of Licensees, Duties of Corporate Officers and Directors, Liability of Architects and Engineers, Duties of Workers.

• How long is the course?
  This course has been approved for 2 hours.

• Why do I need this course?
  This course will when completed give you a full understanding of your responsibilities when acting as employer, contractor, subcontractor, supervisor, owner, supplier, licensee, officer of a corporation and workers.

  A training certificate is issued

  Yes.  Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course. The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.

  No.  Closed notes exam.  Take good notes for each lesson.

• How many times can we attempt to pass the final exam?
  Three attempts are allowed

• How much time do we have from the date of registration to complete the course?
  Courses do not have a time restriction.
